Welcome to CertSprint ("we", "us", "our"), a service owned and operated by Aurelio Avila, accessible at https://getcertsprint.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What we offer

CertSprint provides scenario-based practice questions and study tools for IT certification exams, including CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+), Microsoft (SC-200), and Security Blue Team (BTL1). Some content is available for free; full question sets are available via a one-time purchase per certification, with no recurring subscription.

2. Accounts

To track your quiz progress and access purchased content, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are one-time payments, processed securely by Stripe, that unlock lifetime access to the corresponding certification's question set. We do not offer subscriptions; there are no recurring charges. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — submit our support request form with your order details and we'll get back to you. Prices are listed in USD and may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or purchased content with others
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our practice questions or explanations
  • Attempt to access the service through automated scraping or unauthorized means

5. Intellectual property

All practice questions, explanations, study materials, site design, source code, and the CertSprint name and logo are the property of Aurelio Avila and are protected by copyright. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own exam preparation — it does not transfer ownership.

6. Third-party services

We use Discord for our community and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer

CertSprint is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA or Microsoft. Practice questions are designed to reflect exam blueprints but we do not guarantee exam results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertSprint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including exam outcomes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
